Born Feb. 14, 1926 in Salisbury, a son of the late Ernest and Sophia (Bowser) Durst. Also preceded in death by his brother, Wilford Durst and his wife, Lois, brother-in-law Blaine Beachy and sister-in-law Ruth E. Broadwater and her husband Herbert S. Survived by his wife, the former Emma "Katie" (Shultz), a sister, Phyllis Beachy, Grantsville, Md., and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. A World War II veteran, and a member of Salisbury VFW. Also a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Salisbury. Paul enjoyed having fun and living life to the fullest. Friends were received Sunday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. David Fetter officiating. Born February 14, 1926, in Salisbury, he was a son of the late Ernest and Sophia (Bowser) Durst. He was also preceded in death by his brother Wilford Durst and his wife Lois; brother-in-law Blaine Beachy; and sister-in-law Ruth E. Broadwater and her husband Herbert S. He is survived by his wife, the former Emma ńKatieî (Shultz); and a sister, Phyllis Beachy, Grantsville, Md.; Also several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. He was a WWII veteran, and a member of Salisbury VFW. Also a member of St. JohnÍs United Church of Christ in Salisbury. He was a retired truck driver. Paul enjoyed having fun and living life to the fullest. Friends were received Sunday at the Price Funeral Home in Meyersdale, where service was conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, with the Rev.
