  VIOLET B. DURST
  
    Violet B. Durst, 66, of Garrett, died March 6, 1982, in Lee Hospital,
  Johnstown.  
    She was born March 8, 1916, in Garrett, daughter of the late Rudolph and
  Sadie (Bittner) Baker.  She was also preceded in death by her husband,
  William S.
    She is survived by one son, William of Meyersdale; and one grandson. 
  Sister of Robert, Mrs. Ruth Sperry and Mrs. Emma Robertson, all of
  Meyersdale; and George of Garrett.  Member of the Garrett United Church of
  Christ.
    Friends were received in the Leckemby Funeral Home, where services were
  held with the Rev.  Larry Stewart officiating.  Interment, Grantsville
  Cemetery.
