    Robert J. Eagle, 74, Rockwood, passed on Dec. 9, 2007, at Somerset Hospital. Born Nov.
  27, 1933, in Ralphton, the son of the late Robert G. and Rachel (Hostetler) Eagle. He is
  also preceded in death by his sister, Lily Ringler. He is survived by his sisters,
  Dorothy Weicht and husband, Carl, Grand Island, Fla.; Dolores Klink, Meyersdale; and
  Helen Coughenour and husband, Jack, Rockwood; 12 nieces and nephews; and numerous
  great-nieces and nephews. He lived in Union City for many years when he worked for the
  Union City Chair Factory and the Molded Fiberglass Boat Co. before moving home to
  Rockwood. He was a four-year veteran of the U.S. Navy in the Korean War. He was an avid
  Steelers and Pirates fan. There will be a private family viewing followed by a service
  with all invited, 1 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. The Rev. Kenneth
  Davis officiating. Full military honors will be accorded by the Somerset County Honor
  Guard. Interment at Rockwood IOOF Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to Trinity
  Reformed Church, Main St. Rockwood, PA 15557.
