    Helen W. (Weitzel) Eckels, 94, of Jennerstown, died June 3, 1996,
  at home.  Born March 3, 1902, in Parker, Armstrong County.  Daughter
  of George and Aida (Bowser) Weitzel.  Preceded in death by parents
  and husband, Kenneth S., on March 3, 1973.  Survived by nephew, James
  R. Eckels, Port Charlotte, Fla., and his former wife, Donna,
  Alexandria, Va., and niece, Judith Ann, wife of Paul Salone, Raleigh,
  N.C.  Also survived by several great nieces and nephews and many
  special friends.  Member of Laurel Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
  Church, Jennerstown; Trinity Chapter 138, Order of Eastern Star,
  Somerset and the Somerset Garden Club.  Recipient of the O.E.S.
  50-year membership pin. Owned and operated Eckels Antiques,
  Jennerstown, since 1960.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday.  Interment,
  2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Presbyterian Cemetery, Parker.  O.E.S.
  memorial service at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
