Edgar was bron Aug. 12, 1905, in Accident. She was the daughter of the late John and Laura (Fresh) Kahl. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Donald Edgar; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one great-great-grandchild, two sisters and two brothers. Edgar is survived by senen sons: Elwood Edgar, Bel Air, Md.; George Edar, Salisbury; Stanley and Allen Edgar, both of Grantsville, Md.; Olen Edgar, Baltimore, Md.; Otis Edgar, Middle River, Md.; and Dennis Edgar, Elizabethtown, Ky.; two daughters: Dorothy Lowry and Margaret Yoder, both of Meyersdale; two step daughters: Iretha Brenneman and Edith Yoder, both of Summit Mills; three brothers: Fred Kkahl and Harold Kahl, both of Accident, Md.; and Paul Kahl, Randallstown, Md.; one sister, Lola Athey, Accident, Md.; 30 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 14 step-great grandchildren and nine step great-great-grandchildren. Edgar was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Accident, Md., and had been employed as a cafeteria worker at Norhtern High School and also as a clrek of George's Market and Buckel's Marcket, Grantsville, Md. Friends were received Aug. 18 and 19 at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville. Services were conducted Aug. 20 at the Zion Lutheran Church, with Rev. Ernest Lindner officiating.
