  ROBERT EDMISTON
  
    Robert E. Edmiston, 52, 711 Meadow St., Berlin, died Aug. 26, 1980, at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  
    He was born July 27, 1928, in Brothersvalley Township, son of Glenn and
  Bessie (Boyer) Edmiston.
    He was preceded in death by father.  He is survived by his wife, the
  former Sally Lane; mother; daughter, Mrs. Paul (Mava) Connolly, Bowie, Md.,
  sister, Mrs. Harvey (Betty) Selders, Cleardale.  He was a Korean War veteran.
  he was a member of Harry Fisher Post 445, American Legion, Berlin, and First
  Brethren Church.  
    Friends were received at Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, where services
  were conducted with the Rev. Ralph Mills and the Rev. Robert L. Hoffman
  officiating.  Interment, Berlin IOOF Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers,
  contributions to the American Cancer Society in his memory would be
  appreciated.
