Egner, 71, of 312 Franklin St., Ligonier, died Dec. 14, 1975. Born Dec. 29, 1903, in Rector, son of the late William K. and Lucinda (Hemminger) Egner. Preceded in death by a daughter Mrs. Marjorie Rainesalo. Survived by his wife Mrs. Dorothy (George) Egner; three daughters and one son: Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Wolford, Laughlingtown, Mrs. Nancy Joan Rogers, Ligonier, Russell J. of Somerset, Matilda, at home: 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Ford (Lucy) Wilt, Ligonier, and Mrs. Myrtle Glenn of Connecticut. He was a retired painting contractor; member of Covenant United Presbyterian Church; past master of Ligonier Lodge No. 331, F & AM. Member of Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Westmoreland Forest No. 77. Visitation with the family 3-5 and 7-9 pm at Snyder Funeral Home, Ligonier. Services held in the chapel at the funeral home at 11 am. Wednesday with the Rev. John J. McClure officiating.
