  RUTH EISENTROUT
  
    Ruth A. Eisentrout, 77, Confluence, died March 18, 1998, at Monongalia
  General Hospital, Morgantown, WVa.  Born Dec. 11, 1920, in Jennings, Md., a
  daughter of the late Fred Gilbert and Leatta (Berkey) Stein.  In addition to
  her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Fred William Deal, and brothers,
  Roy and Sylvan Stein.  Survived by her husband, Francis "Barney;" a son,
  Barney J. Eisentrout and his wife, Linda, Berlin; a daughter-in-law, Mary
  Ellen Deal, Confluence; five grandchildren: Fred and Jonathan Deal, Craig
  and Ashley Jarvis and Travis Eisentrout; five sisters: Lena Mason,
  Salisbury; Verna Twombly and Marguerite Deal, both of Addison; Wilda
  Hollada, Fort Hill; and Shirley Brinneger, Grantsville, Md.; and a brother,
  Frank Stein, Grantsville, Md.  Friends will be received from 7-9 pm today and
  10 am until 9 pm Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where
  services will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, with the Rev. Thomas Charles
  officiating.  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
