Eisler, 69, of 1205 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, Ind. died Feb. 24, 1979 at his home. Eisler was retired after 33 years of service with the B & O Railroad. He was also a former employee of the Winona Lake Christian Assembly. Born Nov. 9, 1909 at Meyersdale, he was the son of William and Lydia (Witt) Eisler. His marriage to the former Ethel M. Owens occurred Jan. 2, 1934 at Somerset. He was a veteran of WWII and had resided at Winona Lake since his retirement in 1960. Eisler is survived by his widow, Ethel. Services were conducted at the Chamness Funeral Home. The Rev. Ron Williams officiating. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery. The Republic, March 8, 1979 [E0110]
