CHUTE BREAKS CAUSING DEATH - As the result of the breaking of a stone chute in the plant [illegible] company at Boswell, three [Illegible]. James W. Ellenberger died in the Memorial Hospital at Johnstown Feb. 23. He had one leg broken, an injured arm and face cut badly. Mr. Ellenberger was one of Boswell's best known citizens. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Mr. Ellenberger was married to Miss Mary Weisel of near Glencoe, Somerset County, who survives him with the following children: Daisy an operator for the Somerset Telephone Company in the Boswell office; Elmer, Edward and Laura all at home; Harry of Boswell; Robert of South Fork; Ida, wife of Frank Yoder of South Fork, and Wilson of Bettsville, O. His father, George Ellenberger, died five years ago and his mother ten years ago. The body was taken to Helixville, Bedford County for interment.
