  BERTHA ELLIOT
   
    Mrs. Bertha E. Elliot, 83, of 76 West Mechanic Street, Frostburg, died
  September 9 at the Kyle Nursing Home in Lonaconing, Md.
    She was a daughter of the late Harry and Lottie (Brown) Hadley.  Her
  husband John Elliot preceded her in death. 
    She was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church.  She is survived by a
  son, John Elliot of Frostburg and two daughters, Mrs. Edna Wheeler,
  Grantsville, and Mrs. Charlotte Perrie of Brandywine, Md.  She had seven
  grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
    Services were conducted Saturday at 1pm at the Eichorn Funeral Home by
  Rev. Leslie Miles, with interment at the Frostburg Memorial Park.
