Glessner last week received a telegram from the Sheriff of Ottawa County, Ohio, stating that George Elliott, aged 60, a resident of Confluence R.D. 3, committed suicide Sunday night, Oct. 18, in a rooming house at Port Clinton, Ohio, by firing a bullet from an army rifle through his head.
