  Luella Melda Ellis, 90, Somerset, died June 2, 2004, at Siemon's Lakeview
  Manor Estate, Somerset.  Born Oct. 3, 1913, in Milford Township, the
  daughter of Harry Edward and Stella Grace (Knupp) Barkman.  Preceded in
  death by parents, husband Robert David Ellis who died May 4, 1996.  Survived
  by children: Mrs. Steve (Patricia) Rygel, East Lake, Ohio; D. Michael Ellis,
  married to the former Marsha Narad, Niles, Mich.; Mrs. Ralph (Susan)
  Glessner, Salix; John W. Ellis married to the former Paiboon Penibut,
  Anchorage, Alaska; and Mrs. Calvin (Ruth) Hahn, Friedens; sister of Mrs.
  Lorenna Morocco, Somerset; J.R. Barkman, Montrose, Colo.  Member of Trinity
  Lutheran Church.  A 1928 graduate of Somerset High School and worked as a
  bookkeeper for the former Barkman's Hardware, Somerset.  Friends received 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset
  where a service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday.  The Rev. Robert L.
  Hoover Jr. Sr. Pastor Officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
