  Curtis Calvin Emerick, 70, of Stoystown RD 3, died Nov. 16,1980, in Lee
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Feb. 13, 1910, in Fairhope Twp., son of Frank
  and Barbara Ellen (Clites) Emerick.  Preceded in death by his parents, son,
  daughter, five brothers and two sisters.  Survived by widow, the former Mary
  Ann Yoder, whom he married on Feb. 25, 1929; and these children: Mrs. Harry
  (Dorothy) Meyers of Somerset; Mrs. William (Mary Jane) Ohler, Mrs Helen
  Fieg, and James, married to Linda Powell, all of Stoystown RD 3; Mrs.
  Ronald (Sally) Rice of Dearborn, Mich.; Mrs. Everett (Alberta) Burt of
  Allen Park, Mich.; 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.  Retired coal
  miner.  Member of Faith Lutheran Church and Jenners Local UMWA.  Family will
  receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 p.m. and 7-9p.m. Tuesday at
  the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 11
  a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Charles J. Hartbauer officiating.  Interment,
  Mizpah Cemetery.
