  IRA F. EMERICK

    Ira F. Emerick, 78, died Tuesday, July 2, 1985, at Memorial Hospital,
  Cumberland, Md.
  Born in Fairhope, March 20, 1907, he was a son of the late Oliver Emerick
  and M. Rebecca (Clitz) Emerick.  Mr. Emerick was a retired laborer.
    He is survived by his widow, the former Carrie Ellen Emerick; four sons,
  Francis Emerick, RD 1; Homer Emerick and Roger Emerick, both of Mount
  Pleasant RD 5; Dewey Emerick, Hyndman RD 1; three daughters, Mrs. Maretta
  Mayhew, Cumberland Md.; Mrs. Minnie Lightcap, Shepherdstown, W.Va.; Mrs.
  Janet Musgrove, Mount Pleasant RD 5; 27 grandchildren and 35
  great-grandchildren; one brother, Alvie Emerick, Fairhope, and a sister,
  Mrs. Ceceli.
    Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman.
  Services were conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Leroy Logsdon.
  Interment in Mount Zion Cemeterya Kline, Hyndman RD 1.
