  EMERICK

  Katherine L. Emerick, 58, Stoystown, died July 15, 1998, at home.  Born June
  28, 1940, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Sophia Kaminsky.  Preceded in
  death by husband, Bernell "Joe" Emerick and daughter, Karen.  Survived by
  these children:  Mrs. Paul (Kimberly Jo) Ludvik, Rockwood; Bernell "Joe"
  Emerick Jr., married to the former Margaret Saylor, Jenners; Timothy
  Emerick, married to the former Jamie Tunstall, Stoystown; and Kathleen
  Emerick, Rockwood.  Also survived by grandchildren: Bernell III, Michael and
  Eric Emerick; step-grandchildren: Lynette, Mark and David Younkin; brother,
  Dennis Fleegle, Florida; and great-aunt Kathy Fleegle, Somerset.  Member of
  Otterbein United Methodist Church in Wilbur.  Friends will be received from
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, Somerset,
  where funeral service will be held at 1 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Samuel
  Weible and the Rev. William Blair officiating.  Interment, Horner Church 
  Cemetery, Stoystown.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the In-Touch Hospice.
