  EMERICK

  Lillian L. Emerick, 77, of Cypress St., Hagerstown. Md. died Wednesday,
  Aug. 21, 1996, due to a car accident.  Born in Cove, Pa. April 23, 1919, the
  daughter of the late Roy V. and Dora Harden Coughenour.  Preceded in death by
  her husband, Joseph M. Emerick in 1994.  Member of Willow Brook Seventh Day
  Adventist Church and the senior citizens group of the church.  Survived by
  one daughter, Carole E. Pledger of Great Falls, Va.; one son, Gary J.
  Emerick, of Greencastle; one sister, Gladolyn Tser of Cumberland, Md.; one
  brother, Wayne A. Coughenour of Cumberland, Md.; one half sister, Deanne
  Robien of Salisbury, Md.; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
  Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday from Willow Brook Seventh Day
  Adventist Church, 8916 Mapleville Rd., Boonsboro, Md. with Pastor Bill
  Peeke and Pastor Herbert Lindewurth officiating.  Burial in the Smithsburg
  Cemetery.  Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Davis
  Funeral Home, Smithsburg.
