  ORRIE V. EMERICK
  
    Orrie V. Emerick, 98, of Hyndman RD 1, died Tuesday, December 12, 1989, at
  his residence.
    Born in Comps April 17, 1891, he was a son of the late William and Sarah
  (Clites) Emerick.
    His wife, Pearl I. (Kennell) Emerick, and two daughters preceded him in
  death.
    He was a retired employee of Celanese Corporation of America's Anuxile
  Plant near Cumberland, Md.  He was a past member of Hyndman Grange 1954.
    He is survived by a son, Melvin R. Emerick, Hyndman RD 1; three
  daughters: Mrs. Helen M. Shaffer and Mrs. H. I. Clites, both of Hyndman RD
  I; and Mrs. Ruby M. Jordan, Hyndman; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-
  grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home where services were
  conducted Saturday at 11 am by the Rev. Ken L. Korns.  Interment, Hyndman
  Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Paul Sisk, Rich Emerick, Terry Jordan, James
  Jordan Jr., John Clites, and John R. Clites.
