  Selma Marie Emerick, 74, of Fairhope, died Feb. 28, 1984, at the University
  Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.  She was born in Berlin on July 16, 1909, a
  daughter of the late Wilson T. and Tena A. (Ringler) Baer.  She is survived
  by her husband, Roy E. Emerick; three sons: Mervin R. of Buffalo Mills RD
  1; Manford L. of Hyndman; and Glenn W. of Fairbanks, Alaska; two daughters:
  Mrs. Dorothy McCoy of Dillsburg and Mrs. Susan Larson of Chambersburg; a
  brother, Richard Baer, Fairhope RD; also, eight grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.  Member of Fairhope Community Church.  Visitation
  Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services at
  the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev.
  Timothy Stamper officiating.  Interment, Mt. Zion Cemetery.
