  HARRY G. ENGLE 
  
    Harry G. Engle, 74, of Mount Savage RD 1, Md., died Monday, April 20,
  1987, in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born in St. Paul, July 6,
  1912, he was the son of the late John and Annie (Shumate) Engle.  He was the
  last surviving member of his immediate family. 
    He retired from the Allegany Ballistics Laboratory after 35 years of
  service.  He was a member of Piney Mountain Hunting Club, Sandy Crossing
  Hunting Club and the AARP.
    Surviving are his widow, Grace (Walker) Engle; three sons: Robert G.
  Engle LaVale, Md.; David P. Engle, Mount Savage RD 1, Md. and Donald L.
  Engle Scotland: one daughter, Carol S. Caton, Mount Savage RD 1, Md.; 11
  grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
    Scarpelli Funeral Home, Cumberland, was in charge of arrangements.
