  ROBERT I. ENGLE 
  
    Robert I. Engle, 76, died Tuesday, July 5, at Akron City Hospital Akron,
  Ohio.  Born, October 18, 1906, in Meyersdale, he was the son of Charles
  Engle and Melinda Aliee (Bittner) Engle.
    He is survived by his wife the former Ruth A. O'Donell, of Akron, two sons
  Robert W. Engle, Brooksville, Pa.; and Dr. James A. Engle DDS, of
  Tallmadge, Ohio; three grandchildren, and two sisters, Helen Herring, of
  Meyersdale; and Mrs. Sarah Johnson, of West Palm Beach, Fla.
    He was a Deicer at the B. F. Goodrich Co. in Akron for 43 years, retiring
  in 1971.  He lived over 60 years in the Akron area.  He attended Forest Hill
  Community Church.
  Friends were received at the Hennessy - Bagnoli Funeral Home in Akron,
  Ohio.  Graveside service will be held at the Union Cemetery at 4 p.m.
  Thursday with M. Ray Leckemby offieiating.
