  SHIRLEY M. ENGLE 

    Shirley M. Engle, 48, of Salisbury RD 1, died August 20, 1983, at her
  home.
    She was born January 29, 1935, in Elk Lick Township, the daughter of
  Ethel M. Hotchkiss, of Salisbury RD.
  Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband Clyde E. Engle, of
  Salisbury RD 1 and sons Ronald Lee Engle and Clyde E. Engle, Jr., both of
  Salisbury; daughters Susan Lynn Engle and Donna Marie Engle, both at home;
  Mrs. Patricia Ackerman and Judy Ann Engle, both of Meyersdale.  Also
  survives by brothers Harold Hotchkiss, of Garrett RD 1; William Hotchkiss,
  of Lake Lynn, Florida; sisters, Mrs. Kathleen Christner, of Boynton and
  Mrs. Elaine Franklin, of Meyersdale; one grandson, Jason.
    She was a former member of Coal Run Mennonite Church.
    Services will be held Thursday, August 23, at 4 p.m., at the Thomas Funeral
  Home, with the Rev. Paul H. Yoder officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
