    Ruth E. Engleka, 82, of Berlin (Macdonaldton), died Nov. 11, 1999, at
  home.  Born March 21, 1917, in Brothersvalley Township, daughter of William
  and Martha (Frahlich) Engleka.  Preceded in death by parents and brothers,
  Spahn and Reon.  Survived by brothers, Eugene, married to former Marie
  McCabe, Berlin, and Paul, married to former Pearl Coughenour, Fairhope, and
  sister, Mary, married to Dwight Hostetler, Friedens; sister-in-law, Evelyn
  Engleka, Laughlintown; also numerous nieces and nephews.  She is retired
  from Snyder of Berlin.  A member of Roxbury United Church of Christ where
  she was a long-time Sunday School teacher A member of Berlin Historical
  Society.  She was a lover of gardening and flowers.  Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday.  Rev. Walter B. Martin
  officiating.  Interment Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
