Engleka, 93, of Berlin RD 3, died July 16, 1984, at Maple Mountain Manor. He was born Feb. 9, 1891, in Allegheny Township, a son of Frank and Catherine (Ackerman) Engleka. Preceded in death by parents; his wife, the former Martha Frahlick, who died in 1980; two sons, Reon and Spahn; one great-grandchild; three brothers; and two sisters. Survived by these children: Eugene, Miss Ruth, both of Berlin RD 3; Paul, Fairhope RD 1; and Mrs. Dwight (Mary) Hostetler, Friedens RD 1; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by a sister, Mrs. Homer (Edna) Croner of Berlin. He was a retired farmer and miner. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Roxbury. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday (today) at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home where services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. L. Allan Ellis and the Rev. Herald Seese.
