Enos, 73, of Somerset RD 6, died Aug. 19, 1980 at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Aug. 13, 1907, in Westmoreland County, son of the late William and Carrie (Pickett) Enos. Preceded in death by his first wife, the former Bessie Howard; one daughter, Waneta; and a sister. Survived by his second wife, Mrs. Grace Walker Friedline Enos, three stepchildren: Floyd and John Friedline of Sipesville; Mrs. Earl (Ruth) Sheeler, Silver Creek, N.Y.; nine step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren. A sister, Mrs. Emma Gardner of Jeannette, Pa.; a half-brother, John Enos of Latrobe. Member of United Church of Christ, Somerset. Retired member of United Mine Workers of America. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev. Richard Shellenberger officiating.
