ELMER SCOTT ENOS

  Elmer Scott Enos, Elk Lick Township farmer, residing on Route 1, Fort Hill, 
died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Jacob Sechler, in St. Paul at 10:30 a.m. on 
Tuesday, April 8th.  He was born in Somerset County on February 2, 1878, son of 
Sophia (Bird) and Isaiah Enos, and was 68 years, 7 months and 6 days old at his 
death.
  In addition to his wife, Mrs. Catherine (Patton) Enos, he is survived by two 
sons, Bert Edward and Philip Ray, both at home; five daughters; Mrs. Mamie 
Butler and Mrs. Iva Butler, both of Fort Hill; Sarah Elizabeth, St. Paul; Lucy 
and Minnie Alice, at home; and two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Sechler and Mrs. Minnie 
Engle, both of St. Paul.
  Funeral services were conducted in the St. Paul Reformed Church at 2:00 p.m. 
on Thursday, April 10th, the pastor, Rev. George K. Ely, officiating.  Interment 
in the Ringer Cemetery, Addison Township, in charge of Mortician Stanley M. 
Thomas.
