  DANIEL E. EVANS
   
  Daniel E. Evans, 60, of Stoystown, RD 3, died unexpectedly at his home, May
  22, 1972.  Born June 21, 1911, in Somerset County, he was a son of the late
  Daniel E. and Ilga (Schlag) Evans.  Surviving are his wife, the former Irene
  E. Reiman, and these children: Julia Ann McDaniel of Yardley, Pa.; Daniel E.
  III, Amy, Michael, Todd and Gregg, all at home; also two sisters, Mrs. Julia
  Musser and Mrs. Helen Davis, both of Somerset.  He was a member of St. Mark's
  Lutheran Church of Shanksville, a graduate of Franklin and Marshall Academy
  and attended Washington and Jefferson College.  Funeral service was held
  Wednesday afternoon in Johnson and Son Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev.
  Charles E. Staub officiating.  Interment in Husband Cemetery, Somerset.
