Born Feb. 7, 1900, in Somerset, the daughter of the late George and Hulda (Lambert) Reitz. Preceded in death by her husband, George T. Evans, and these brothers: Warren, Denver and and Oscar Reitz. Survived by daughters, Mrs, John (Elizabeth) Goepel of Inman, S.C., and Mrs, William (Sue) Hughes of Cambridge Springs; also 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was a member of St, Paul's Presbyterian Church of Somerset. Former director of the Somerset County Cancer Society. Graduate of Penn State University. Graveside service will be conducted later.
