Peter Ferre, 61, of Boswell, died in the Memorial Hospital in Johnstown Thursday 
where he was admitted as a medical patient two weeks ago. Mr. Ferre was a 
stonemason and miner but had not worked since 1935 becauseof ill health. Surviving 
are his widow, Mrs. Josephine (Chipine) Ferre and these children: Mario, Donald 
and Miss(mistake, is Mr.) Constance Ferre, all at home; Mary, wifde of Jack 
Tolonie(misspelled, should be Tonolini), Jerome, and Mrs. Jennie Brunell, 
Somerset. Five grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held in St 
Joseph's church, Boswell, at 10 this Monday by Rev Fether John P Manning, pastor. 
Interment in Mt Carmel cemetery, Jenners Crossroads.
