Born July 1, 1946 in Uppper Turkeyfoot Twp., son of Ralph Edwin and Margaret Elizabeth (Trimpey) Faidley. Preceded in death by parents, stepmother the former Anna Elizabeth Harvey; and one infant brother. Survived by wife and soulmate, the former Dora Mae Brant to whom he was married 35 years; children, Michael D. Faidley married to the former Lisa Pletcher of Brevard, N.C., Daniel R. Faidley married to the former Jennifer Hall of Hendersonville, N.C.; granddaughter, Stephanie Joy Faidley; brother of Mrs. Esther Ruth Faidley-Stone and James Edwin Faidley both of Upper Turkeyfoot. Also numerous nieces and nephews, in-laws and friends. A 1964 graduate of Rockwood High School. Member of Old Bethel Church where he was an avid worker and loved to sing and visit people. He loved his sons and his country, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam where he had served 1966-1969. He also formerly worked for Somerset Welding and Steel as a Fabricator for 17 years. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Old Bethel Church, Markleton, with the Rev.
