  FAIDLEY
  
  Elmer M. Faidley, 67, Somerset RD 3, died Oct. 6, 1986, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  He was born Dec. 14, 1918, in Lincoln Twp., son of the
  late Norman Bruce and Mary Grace (Sanner) Faidley.  Also preceded in death
  by brothers Charles, Ray and Harry and infant sister Mary Ann.  Survived by
  his wife, the former Mary Frances Daniels; and these children:  Elmer M.
  Jr., married to the former Sally Landis, Sipesville; Edward B., married to
  the former Barbara Seese, Somerset RD 2; Mrs. William E. (Patricia) Hollis,
  Rockwood; Mrs. Harold E. (Connie) Hollis, Friedens RD 2; James A., married
  to the former Judy Miller, Stoystown RD 1; and Mrs. Mary Kathleen Knisely,
  Boswell Heights, Pa.; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Brother
  of: Norman A., Somerset RD 3; George R., Somerset RD 8; and Mrs. Clair
  (Ruth) Sheele, Mt. Pleasant.  Member of Sipesville Church of the Brethren
  and UMWA Local 2318.  Retired heavy equipment mechanic for Marman Coal
  Co.  Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home where service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m., the Rev. Ralph
  E. Mills officiating.  Interment, Casebeer Cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
