Farkas, 67, of 107 Senate St., White Oak, Allegheny County, formerly of Hooversville, died May 2, 1979, at McKeesport Hospital. Born Feb. 2, 1912, in Hooversville, daughter of the late John and Frances (Antoncic) Yurjovsic. Member of St. Angela Catholic Church in White Oak and a member of the Western Slovanic Association. Survived by husband Charles, son Charles, both of White Oak; brother, Ystin Yurjousic of Central City; and four sisters: Anna Udouch of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Rosaline Gravina of New York City; Amelia Poje of White Oak; and Frances Criscuolo of Central City; also four grandchildren and five nieces and nephews in Europe. Friends will be received after 3 p.m. Thursday and all day Friday from 10 a,.m. to 10 p.m. at Striffler's of White Oak, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak.
