  FARKOSH
  
  John Farkosh, 82, of West Main Street, Somerset, died July 25, 1978 in
  Alleghany General Hospital in Pittsburgh.  He was born June 26, 1896 at
  Rodney.  He was the son of the late Joseph and Susan (Kozen) Farkosh. 
  Preceded in death by his wife, the former Anna Zelenske; also by a son,
  Eugene; two brothers and two sisters.  Survived by these children: Mrs.
  Phyllis Higgins and Mrs. Jay (Coletta) Hay, John of Somerset; Richard of
  Pittsburgh; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  He was a
  brother of Susan, Steve and Michael, all of Acme.  He was a member of St.
  Peter's Catholic Church and a retired lumberman.  Friends are being
  received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial
  will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Peter's Catholic Church with the
  Father Samuel Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park Cemetery.  Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral
  home.
