  Mary Ann Farkosh, 86, of Amherst, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, died April
  28, 1988, at the Amherst Manor Nursing Home.  Born Jan. 2, 1902, in Acme,
  Pa., a daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Kosar) Gonda.  Also preceded
  in death by husband, Andrew Farkosh, in 1975; three sons, Paul, John and
  Donald; and a brother, John.  Survived by these children: Francis R. and
  Carl A., both of Somerset; James R., Somerset RD 4; Mrs. Charles
  (Bernadine) Baker, Vermillion, Ohio; Guy L., Lorain, Ohio; Kenneth R,. and
  Mrs. John (Rita) Gulish, both of Amherst, Ohio; Dennis L. "Joe," Somerset
  RD 6; and George A., Oberlin, Ohio; also 40 grandchildren and 19
  great-grandchildren.  Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.  Friends
  received 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's
  Catholic Church Monsignor Samuel Tomaselli, celebrant.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.  Rosary will be recited 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the
  funeral home.
