  FARLING
  
    Evelyn Marie Farling, 97, of Somerset died Sept. 13, 2000 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born March 13, 1903 in Somerset.  Daughter of Charles F. and
  Ella Masters (Bowers) Custer.  Preceded in death by parents, husband James
  Dewey Farling who died April 11, 1978, grandson Stephen Cramer, brothers
  Luther, Earl and James F. Custer, and sisters Ethel Baldwin and Hazel
  Severts.  Survived by children, Mrs. Elaine M. Kelly of Somerset, Mrs.
  George (Helen F.) Cramer of Rockwood, Mrs. Eugene (Maxine) Stauffer of
  Mobile, Ala., and Mrs. Charles (Brenda) Woleslagle of Cecil; 10
  grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. 
  Sister of Mrs. Violet Wright of Homer City.  Member of Calvary United
  Methodist Church.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will be conducted at
  11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Raymond E. Lyon officiating.  Interment, St. Johns
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church,
  239 W. Church St., Somerset, Pa.  15501
