  EMILY C. FARNER
  
    Mrs. Emily C. Farner, 94, Salisbury, died Nov. 9, at her home.
    Born Nov. 10, 1872, in Salisbury, she was a daughter of Levi and Sarah A.
  (Smith) Lichliter.
    Preceded in death by her husband, Frank H. Farner, Dec. 5, 1943, she is
  survived by a son, Glenn W. Farner, and a daughter, Mrs. Mabel K. Miller,
  both of Salisbury: 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and seven
  great-great-grandchildren.
    She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury.
    Funeral service was conducted on Saturday afternoon at Thomas Funeral
  Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Paul L. Westcoat officiating.  Interment was
  made in Salisbury IOOF cemetery.
