  GLADYS REGINA FARRELL
  
  Gladys Regina Farrell, 94, passed away Jan. 28, 2004, at Somerset Hospital.
  Born Dec. 12, 1909, in Scottdale, she is the daughter of John and Sophia
  (Oles) Patrick.  A resident of Siemon's Lakeview Manor in Somerset, she was
  formerly a long-time resident of Mt. Pleasant.  Preceded in death by her
  parents; husband, Michael J. Farrell in 1988; sister, Margaret Proud, and
  brothers, Louis, Joseph, Frank, Martin, and Vincent Patrick.  She is
  survived by her son, Michael J. Farrell Jr., married to the former L. Joyce
  Shaffer of Berlin; grandchildren: Colleen Ann married to Brad Zaikov, of
  Cresskill, N.J. and Michelle Lynn, married to Nikola Zivaljevic of Mars;
  great-grandchildren Andie Rae and Jordan Ashley Zaikov and sisters Louise
  Penn of Arlington, Texas and Julie Rizza, Irene Patrick and Jean Patrick
  all of Scottdale.  Visitation from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral
  Home, 555 Tayman Ave., Somerset.  A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m.
  Saturday at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 433 West Church St.,
  Somerset.  The Rev. Monsignor Samuel Tomaselli celebrant.  Private interment
  at St. Pius Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant.  A vigil for the deceased will be held
  at 3:45 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may
  be sent to St. Peter's School, 433 W. Church St., Somerset, Pa. 15501 or
  the Somerset Hospital Foundation Scholarship Fund, 225 South Center Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa. 15501.
