Born Jan. 18, 1918, in Hooversville. Daughter of the late Adam C. And Vida (Wagner) Berkebile. Also preceded in death by husband, George Marshall Faulkner Jr., who died Sept. 16, 1989; 2 brothers: Paul and Garner Berkebile; 2 sisters: Emma Veres and Lois Peterman. Survived by children: Terril D. Faulkner, married to the former Ruth Bitter of Somerset; Garner G. Faulkner, married to the former Pamelia Swain of Somerset; Mrs. Clark L. (Ramona Sue) Roddy of Somerset; Mrs. Thomas J. (Linda) Christner of Somerset; Jeffrey L. Faulkner married to the former Linda Stake of Harrisburg RD 7; grandchildren: Kevin Faulkner, Daniel Christner, Shawn Roddy, Jennifer Christner, Georgeann Faulkner, Garner Faulkner II, Warren Faulkner; great grandchildren: Elizabeth and Blake Faulkner. Sister of Mrs. Thelma Clark of Hooversville. Member of First United Methodist Church. Past officer of Dames of Malta and Pythian Sisters of Hooversville. 1935 graduate of Hooversville High School. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Dr. Arthur J. Gotjen officiating.
