Faulkner Jr., 59, of Berlin RD 4, died Oct. 2, 1975, in Mercy Hospital, Johnstown. Born May 12, 1916, in Hyde, Clearfield County, he was a son of the late James C. Sr. and Isabell (Mitchell) Faulkner. He was also preceded in death by his wife, the former Lena Harding, and a sister, Elsie. He was a former route owner for Callens Bakery and an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Howard (Sandra) Ginter of Stoystown RD 2; two grandsons, Rodney and Mark. He was a brother of Mrs. Robert (Mae) Shaffer of Curwensville; Mrs. Joseph (Jean) Straw, Clearfield; Jesse of Burt, N.Y.; Mrs Gerald (Maggie) Knepp, Donald and Mrs. Lois Riddle, all of Hyde; and Mrs. Clifford (Louise) Hokeman of Sayreville, N.J. Funeral service was held Sunday afternoon in Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, with Rev. J. R. Peterson officiating. Interment in the United Church of Christ Cemetery, Jennerstown.
