  Amy Lee Fazenbaker, infant, of Salisbury RD 1, died Sat., May 12, 1990 at
  the MacGee Women's Hospital, Pittsburgh.
  
  She was the daughter of Adam R. Fazenbaker and Sharon Harvey.
  
  She is survived by one brother: Adam W. Fazenbaker, Salisbury; four
  half-brothers: Adam E. Fazenbaker, Meyersdale; David Ray Fazenbaker,
  Meyersdale; Benjamin Guthrie, Meyersdale; Michael S. Durst, Grantsville,
  MD; also five  half-sisters: Tina M. Fazenbaker, Meyersdale; Lisa L. Shurt,
  Meyersdale; Judy A. Guthrie, Meyersdale; Debbie J. Guthrie, Meyersdale;
  Holly L. Guthrie, Meyersdale; paternal grandmother Anna Hare, Melvern,
  Ohio; paternal grandfather Avery Haney, Melvern, Ohio.
  
  Funeral services were held at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Friday,
  May 18 at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Paul Yoder.
  
  Interment, Bittinger Cemetery.
