  FAZENBAKER
  
  David S. Fazenbaker Sr., 76, of Addison, died Nov. 9, 1994, at the Veterans
  Administration Hospital, Aspinwall.  He was born May 15, 1918, in Addison, a
  son of the late Walter and Donna (Mitchell) Fazenbaker.  He is survived by
  his wife, the former Mary Elizabeth Broadbent; a son, David Jr. of Addison;
  a granddaughteer, Gina Marie, and two sisters, Naomi Collins of Somerset and
  Mary Grace Rowe of Johnson City, N.Y.  He was a veteran of World War II and
  a former member of the Addison Volunteer Fire Department.  Friends will be
  received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the
  Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where services will be held at 1 p.m.
  Saturday, with the Rev. Father William Moody officiating.  Interment,
  Addison Cemetery.
