  MRS. DONNA FAZENBAKER
  
  Mrs. Donna (Mitchell) Fazenbaker, 88, of Addison, died July 20 at her home.
  
  Born March 20, 1878, in Ohiopyle, she was a daughter of David Simpson
  Mitchell and Mary Ann (Stull) Mitchell.
  
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, in 1935.  She is survived
  by the following children:  Mrs. Mary F. Rowe of Davidsville; Mrs. Eveline
  F. Durst of Grantsville; Edward Lewis Fazenbaker, Mrs. Nancy Friend, Miss
  Ruth Fazenbaker and David Fazenbaker, all of Addison; and Mrs. Naomi F.
  Collins of Somerset; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
  
  Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters:  Forrest W. Mitchell
  of Jacksonville, Fla.; Russell L. Mitchell, Verona, Pa.; R. Joseph Mitchell,
  Connellsville; and Mrs. Myrtle Wilburn of Uniontown.
  
  Service was held at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, July 23 with Rev.
  John R. Hickson officiating.  Interment was in the Addison Cemetery.
