  FAZENBAKER
  
  Edward Lewis Fazenbaker of Addison died Jan. 13, 1974, in Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Preceded in death by his parents, Walter and
  Donna (Mitchell) Fazenbaker, two sisters, Mrs. Eveline Durst of
  Grantsville, Md.; Ruth Fazenbaker of Addison; and twin sons, Godfrey and
  George.  Survived by sisters, Mrs. Mary F. Rowe of Davidsville; Nancy
  Friend of Addison; Naomi F. Collins of Somerset; one brother, David S.
  Fazenbaker of Addison and one son, Edward Lewis Jr. of Duncanna, Pa. 
  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence, where funeral service will be held Wednesday at
  11 a.m., with the Rev. John R. Hickson, with interment in the Addison
  Cemetery.
