  FAZENBAKER
  
  Eleanor M. "Nan" Fazenbaker, 66, of Ursina, died Feb. 18, 1995, at
  Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Sept. 13, 1928, in
  Confluence, daughter of the late James E. and Ruth A. (Logsdon)
  Hostetler.  Survived by husband, Edward E.; daughter, Dora R., Confluence,
  and son, James E., Ursina.  Also Jody Griffith, Ursina; 4 grandchildren -
  Heather, Confluence; Travis and Cody, Ursina, and Billy, Champion. 
  Brother, Roy Hostetler, Ursina, and three sisters - Betty Rutkowski,
  Pittsburgh; Ruth Parnell and Mabel Tressler, both of Confluence.  Preceded
  in death by two brothers, James and Ralph.  Attended Ursina Church of
  God.  Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday,
  with the Rev. Rick Gamble officiating.  Private interment at family's
  convenience.
