  Owen Dwight Fazenbaker Sr., 62, of Confluence, died April 7, 1998, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Jan. 13, 1936, in Accident, Md., a son of the late
  Charles and Ethel (Butler) Fazenbaker.  Also preceded in death by 2
  brothers, Charles and Arthur.  Survived by his wife, Wilda M. (Beeman)
  Fazenbaker, 5 sons, James, Harrisburg; Charles and Donald, both of
  Confluence; Owen Jr., Grantsville, Md.; John, Somerset; 3 daughters, Wanda
  Blamble, Oakland, Md.,; Brenda Shaffer, Farmington; Ethel Fazenbaker,
  Accident, Md.; 2 brothers, Donny, Grantsville; Leroy, Oakland; 7 sisters,
  Shirley Ennis, Allen Park, Mich.; Betty Hensley, Forest Hills, Md.;
  Margaret Shell, Baltimore; Hazel Michel, Southgate, Mich., Edith Guthrie,
  Grantsville; Clara Jean Fazenbaker, McHenry, Md.; Nancy Maley, Boynton, and
  17 grandchildren.  Retired woods foreman for James Whetsell Lumber Co. 
  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m., Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.,
  Friday, at Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md. where services will be
  conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday.  Interment will be in Grantsville Cemetery.
