(King) Feik, 95, of Midland, Mich., died Thursday, June 3, 1993, at Tendercare of Midland. Mrs. Feik was born Dec. 1, 1897, to late Wesley and Jennie (Moore) Hemminger. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Somerset and the Women's Christian Temperance Union. The former Edna Hemminger was married to Lewis M. King, who predeceased her in 1948. She later married George Feik who predeceased her in 1962. Surviving are two sons: Wesley W. King and wife Betty of Gladwin, MI., Lewis M. King and wife Betty of Birmingham, Ala; her three daughters: Jennie Prince and husband Alfred of Newark, Ohio, Laura Wirsing and husband Ernest of Auburn, MI., and Florence Nicholson and husband Fred of Hilliard, Ohio. Also surviving are 12 grandchidren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters: Luzeba Phillippi and Josie Roberts. At Mrs. Feik's request, her body has been donated to the University of Michigan for medical research. A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 3, from the First Christian Church in Somerset. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the First Christian Church.
