  FELESKY
  
  John J. Felsky [sic], Sr., 55 of Boswell RD 1, died July 8, 1978 at Mercy
  Hospital in Johnstown.  Born June 24, 1923 in Carinbrook, a son of Michael
  and Verna (Schrock) Felesky.  Preceded in death by parents and a brother,
  William.  Survived by his widow, the former Leona Shaffer and these
  children: Caroline, residing at home; John J., Jr., of Westland, Mich.; and
  Anna, wife of Terry Gambino of Woodhaven, Mich.; and three grandchildren. 
  Brother of Edward J. of Boswell and George D. of Orlando, Fla.  He was a
  member of the Boswell Post 461 American Legion and Hollsopple Post 8861
  VFW; a Navy veteran of World War II; employed by PennDOT as a Construction
  Inspector II; and was a 1942 graduate of the former Boswell High School. 
  Friends were received Sunday evening and will be received until 9 p.m.
  Monday at Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main Street, Boswell.  Mass
  of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church,
  Boswell, with the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.
