JOHN ALBERT FELIX

  John Albert Felix, 78, died Monday, April 15, at the home of Otto Goehringer, 
with whom he had resided for 10 years, in Accident, Md.  Funeral services were 
conducted on Thursday, April 18, at the Goehringer residence, by the Rev. Howard 
Riston, Methodist minister of Friendsville.  Interment at Simpson, W.Va.
  Mr. Felix was a native of Montgomery, Pa.  He was born Dec. 7, 1868.  His 
wife, Mrs. Matilda Isabelle (Krebs) Felix, preceded him in death.
  Eleven children were born to them, seven of whom survive, namely, Albert and 
Howard Felix, Akron, O.; George Felix, Morgantown, W.Va.; Elbert B. Felix, in 
the U.S. Navy; Gerald Felix, Gassuay, Pa.; Mrs. Frank Billman, Baltimore, and 
Mrs. Otto Goehringer, Accident.  Twenty-three grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren also survive.
