JAMES DEWEY FELKER

  James Dewey Felker, 28, of Frostburg, Md., was fatally burned Christmas 
morning while fighting flames which destroyed his home.  He was a native of 
Meyersdale and a furloughed B & O railroad mechanic.
  While his wife and children fled to safety he attempted to save some of their 
belongings, and he was fatally burned.
