He was aged 43 years, 8 months and 15 days. Mr. Felker is survived by his widow, three daughters, Helen, Mary and Anna, and by one son, William Walter, Jr. He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Felker, and four brothers and four sisters. For several years Mr. Felker has been in ill health, believed to be traceable to his services in the World War. He moved to Scratch Hill from Maryland about two years ago and was employed on the WPA whenever his physical condition would permit. Funeral services for William Walter Felker were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Church of God in Glade City, with Rev. R. E. Lear officiating. He was laid to rest with military honors in the White Oak Cemetery, by an escort of World War veterans representing the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars posts of Meyersdale.
